Last updated 1 July 2026 · Jinova Digital Pty Ltd · ABN 11 693 746 682

This Privacy Policy explains how Jinova Digital Pty Ltd ("Jinova", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you use our websites and products, including the Field Service and Appointments & Booking workspaces. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our products.

Account details — name, business name, email, phone number and billing information.
Business data you enter — customers, clients, jobs, bookings, staff records, quotes and invoices.
Usage data — how you interact with the platform, device and browser information, and log data.
Communications — messages you send us through forms, email or support channels.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to operate, maintain and improve our products and to support your business.

Provide and administer your workspace and account.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Send service messages, updates and support responses.
Improve product features, security and performance.
Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Your business data

Data you enter into your workspace — including your customers' and clients' details — belongs to you. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. We access it only to provide, secure and support the service, or where required by law.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data storage and security

We use reputable cloud infrastructure and apply technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

6. AI features

Our Business Copilot features process your workspace data to generate suggestions, drafts and summaries. Copilot is approval-gated — it proposes actions that you review and confirm. Your business data is not used to train third-party foundation models.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, subject to legal and contractual obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if disabled.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
